the location was central. nice skating was available just outside the front door. everything was easy to reach from there. (it was quite convenient)

i was disappointed with the bed size as i booked a queen room. the bed in the room was actually a full size. the bed was also very firm and not comfortable.

the gym was well stocked i found many options for my workout needs the hotel has a pool and deck on the top floor this area was very pleasant i spent a good time there.

the layout of the hotel is a bit unconventional the reception is on the seventh floor of the theater building it was slightly confusing.

The staff at the front desk were very responsive to emails. Made communication easy. i arrived a little early and was pleased my room was ready. the cleanliness of the spacious room stood out. customer service was great, and i felt valued.
